Happy Easter!

Besides Good Friday (which I am sorry I didn't post about), Easter Sunday is probably the next most important event, and which took place over 2,000 yrs. ago. If Jesus hadn't risen from the dead and had not the Angle told the Marys' that Jesus was gone, would we (and the people of that time as well) have believed He really was the Savior? Would it have changed anything? Well, thank God (literally) that Jesus did rise from the dead to fulfill His promise and to deliver us from our bondage to sin! He died for us all! and today is definitely not a day I could ever forget that. So, as y'all eat your spiral cut ham (yummm) and hunt for colorfully dyed Easter eggs (some maybe plastic and filled with candy) , in your backyard ( and you know, I'll be doing it too.LOL) remember.....

PRAISE GOD ON HIGH, HE HAS RISEN !

Have a very happy and blessed Easter Y'all,

Love Ya,
Ashley

  1. Love the title of your blog since that's my daily quote when I get to ~10pm with so many things still unfinished. I simply tell myself, "Tomorrow is another day!" and quit working altogether :)

  2. Amen!!! Great post. I think people should not only remember that on this day but everyday. Also just because He died for our sins doesn't make it ok to keep on sinning. I didn't realize this until I was saved :) I grew up a certain denomination (I don't want to bash "religions") and I would go somewhere to ask for forgiveness maybe once every few years and then just keep on living in the world and in the flesh doing what everyone was doing and thinking it was ok. Then after that I became Pagan since God didn't ever answer any prayers and I didn't agree with what "religion" I was 100%. I'm just thankful for my salvation now!!! Thanks again for the post!
